Kristina Lanouette, LICSW Clinical Social Work/Psychotherapist

 "I have 15 plus years of experience working with all ages to rebuild lives, learn to live after loss and overcome crises. I have life experiences that bring perspective that no person is one dimensional.  If you are looking for a therapist who is patient, pragmatic, honest, we might be a good fit."

Kristy opened her private practice in November 2020 utilizing her skills sets and experience to serve clients on a personal level for individual, couples and family therapy.  


Kristy's work history experience includes:

*Group foster care counselor/case manager 

*Residential behavioral rehabilitation counselor with children and teens

*Domestic Violence Advocate

*Social worker and supervisor with Department of Child Youth and Families/ Child Welfare with Washington State 

*Medical clinic, Hospital and Emergency room social work  


Education:  

MSW: Master of Social Work from The University of Washington in 2015/ additional training completed in the Child Welfare Training and Advancement Program.   

BA: The University of Washington in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts and majored Psychology and minored  in Criminal Justice.  

AA: Associate degree is in Human Services was obtained in Horry Georgetown Technical College in South Carolina in 2006
