What is essential? Now more than ever we are debating this question. For some, this has led to considerable amounts of stress and difficulty managing their daily lives. For those already struggling, or to those with newfound struggles, let's build a path forward--together. 

Kristy opened her private practice in November 2020 utilizing her skills sets and experience to serve clients on a personal level for individual, couples and family therapy.  

Kristy's work history experience includes: 

*Preschool teacher

*Group foster care counselor/case manager 

*Residential behavioral rehabilitation counselor with children and teens

*Domestic Violence Advocate

*Social worker and supervisor with Department of Child Youth and Families/ Child Welfare with Washington State 

*Medical clinic, Hospital and Emergency room social work  

Education:  

MSW: Master of Social Work from The University of Washington in 2015/ additional training completed in the Child Welfare Training and Advancement Program.   

BA: The University of Washington in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts and majored Psychology and minored  in Criminal Justice.  

AA: Associate degree is in Human Services was obtained in Horry Georgetown Technical College in South Carolina in 2006
